Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has expanded its presence in Maharashtra with the opening of Ginger Gadchiroli, Mul Road, marking the brand’s debut in the fast-growing eastern Maharashtra district. The 34-room hotel is strategically located near commercial hubs, government offices and key transport links, catering to both business and leisure travellers. With this launch, IHCL now operates 15 hotels in Maharashtra. Deepika Rao, Executive Vice President – New Businesses and Hotel Openings, IHCL, said the opening reflects the company’s strategy of expanding into tier-II and emerging markets driven by infrastructure-led growth while strengthening Ginger’s footprint across the state.
